I work with my customers to find the quickest and least expensive way to get your tack to your door.  I've shipped close to 1500 packages now and haven't lost one yet! For quick and convenient (right to your mail box or door) I use USPS First Class or Priority with Tracking/Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is available at additional cost and if you live in a high crime area where your packages might be subject to theft - I would recommend insurance.  I use UPS Ground for larger, heavier items  when UPS is less expensive than USPS. UPS Tracking is excellent. Insurance up to $100 is available at no additional charge - for more expensive items like saddles, additional insurance is highly recommended. I ship within 24 hours of order completion. I do not add handling charges. At this time, I do not have a fully functional WebStore that automatically calculates order total. Shipping will be determined based on zip code and weight of package. Canada & International Shipping - I ship USPS First Class International for boxes weighing less than 4 # and USPS Priority International for boxes needing tracking, speed of delivery and weighing more than 4#. I do not charge handling. For rates and information, email or check here: USPS RATES


I respect your right to privacy and do not collect, hold or sell any of your personal information including email address.  I do not have access to nor do I want access to your financial information, which is why I use Paypal, a secure credit processor.  Payment is accepted in the following forms:  Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, Visa, MC, American Express and Paypal.  Checks & Money Orders are held by the bank for verification and can sometimes take up to 7 days.  Paypal Merchant Services processes Credit Cards and E-Checks and is very safe and fast and my preferred method of payment. International Buyers - Postal Money Orders, Paypal or Credit Cards in US Dollars ONLY. You do NOT have to establish a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.   I can easily invoice you via email with Paypal. I work with you to make sure what you are purchasing will fit your horse or you to avoid costly returns. Many of the tack items are special ordered for you and cannot be returned. Sometimes our best efforts fail and since I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to exchange non-fitting items for the same or similar item - return shipping expenses to be paid by buyer. Sometimes there may be a handling charge associated with exchange and re-shipment - this will be handled on a case by case basis. I cannot accept returns if you change your mind. I will accept return & exchange within 7 days for shipping the wrong item, color or size or for defective items. PLEASE examine and try on ASAP! In some cases I may have you ship the item to the manufacturer (sometimes at their expense with a UPS Call tag) for replacement, exchange or refund.  In cases of defect or wrong shipment and I or the manufacturer cannot replace the item, a refund will be processed including original shipping charges.  ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN CLEAN, NEW CONDITION WITH TAGS AND BAGS ATTACHED.
